This first tray was a wedding gift for my cousin. The outer rim is made of oak wood from our grandad’s barn, and the inner part was made from pine wood. I made it the exact size of a random piece of slate tile I had so that it could be used as an optional insert for the tray.
This second tray was made for my future in-laws. This was all pine wood that they had from a shed they had torn town in the yard.
